Facelift
A facelift can target different areas of the face. There is the facelift (mid and lower face), the brow lift (eyebrows and forehead), and the neck lift (neck and jawline).

Facelift Surgery
Facelift Surgery involves multiple areas of the face.
A Facelift, or Rhytidectomy, allows for the repositioning and tightening of facial tissues, including the skin and underlying muscles. It can also involve the redistribution and/or reduction of fat in specific areas of the face. This procedure helps reshape and remove excess sagging skin in the face, cheeks, and neck, resulting in a more youthful and attractive appearance.
In selected cases, a more conservative approach may be taken through a Mini-Facelift. Meanwhile, a Brow Lift, or Forehead Lift, is aimed at rejuvenating the upper third of the face, particularly the forehead and eyebrow areas.
This procedure helps reduce wrinkles and folds on the forehead and repositions and redefines the eyebrow contour. A Neck Lift, on the other hand, is performed to improve the appearance of the neck. This is achieved by tightening and adjusting the neck muscles (Platysma) when sagging – a procedure known as Platysmaplasty.
Excess skin and fat can also be removed in the process. The Neck Lift can be performed on its own or combined with a Facelift and Liposuction.

Submental Liposuction
Procedure to Improve Chin and Neck Contour
This procedure enhances the contour of the chin and the way it transitions into the neck, effectively reducing what is commonly referred to as a “double chin.”
It typically involves the removal of excess fat through liposuction, performed via a small incision—about one centimeter long—located just below and behind the chin.
In some cases, when poor muscle definition beneath the chin accompanies fat accumulation, the procedure may also include platysmaplasty, which consists of tightening and repositioning the underlying neck muscles. This allows for a more defined chin-neck angle and an overall improved contour.
